Bookkeeper
Invoices and reconciliation. One of the 29 ready-made VibeBot coworkers: its own model, its own memory and its own permissions. Invite it into a chat and it takes the work on.
What it does
Reconciles statements and invoices, finds discrepancies, prepares a table. Makes no payments. Runs on local models only: the documents never leave for the cloud.
How to call it
Write “@Bookkeeper” in the chat, or just state the task — the assistant hands it to whoever covers that area.
Works with its hands
It has the shared computer: a terminal, files and a browser. It does not explain how to do the job — it does it and attaches the result.
Asks before anything big
Publishing, sending, paying and deleting all go through a permission card, and by default it only runs on the models on your own server.
